Screening Before Training

Training only matters if the person being trained has been checked first.

Before anyone reaches the training centre, they go through employee screening, background checks, credit checks and polygraph testing. Performance is evaluated periodically after deployment as well, not only at induction.

Once assigned to a site, guards are briefed on that site specifically — your entry rules, your registers, your escalation contacts and anything particular to the premises — before the first shift rather than during it.

Our supervision structure continues after that. Every site gets a dedicated supervisor and a monthly performance review, which is how training standards are kept from drifting once the initial deployment settles.

• Do you train your own security guards?

  Yes. We operate a fully equipped training centre in Mumbai with classroom and practical sessions delivered by specialised instructors, plus on-the-job training after deployment.

• What does the training cover?

  Access control, surveillance and CCTV supervision, patrolling, emergency response, crowd control, self-defence, safety equipment handling and client interaction, along with a dedicated fire safety and emergency readiness module.

• Are guards trained in fire safety?

  Yes. The fire safety module covers causes and types of fire, extinguisher types and correct use, systematic evacuation, first aid basics, conduct under stress and the escalation protocol.

• Are guards briefed on our site specifically?

  Yes, before the first shift rather than during it. Site-specific briefing covers your entry rules, registers, escalation contacts and anything particular to your premises.

• Are guards background verified before training?
