Our Licences and Compliance Registrations

United Guard Force India operates as a fully licensed security agency. Below are the Acts we are registered under and what each one means for you as a client. Genuine documentation is what separates a licensed agency from an unlicensed one, and we would encourage you to ask for it from us and from anyone else you shortlist.

  • Since 1995PSARA-licensed, 500+ clients
  • 10 branchesDeployment from the nearest branch
  • 24–48 hoursTypical deployment once confirmed

Registrations We Hold

Ask any security agency for these before you compare rates. Guards deployed by a non-compliant agency become your exposure as principal employer.

ActRegistrationWhy it matters to you
Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005PSARA licence, approved by the Government of MaharashtraLegal authority to supply private security guards. Engaging an unlicensed agency is a compliance exposure for your own premises.
Employees Provident Fund Act, 1952EPF registrationProvident fund contributions for the guards deployed at your site. Non-payment can fall back on the principal employer.
Employees State Insurance Act, 1948ESI registrationInsurance cover for guards injured while on duty at your premises.
Professional Tax Act, 1975Professional Tax registrationA clean vendor record for your accounts and audit trail.
Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953Labour Welfare Fund registrationStatutory welfare contribution under Maharashtra labour law.
Income Tax Act, 1961Income Tax registrationStandard vendor compliance for your finance and procurement teams.

How to Request Our Documents

We would rather you checked than took our word for it.

Copies of our PSARA licence and our EPF, ESI, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare registrations are available on request. Call us on +91 86478 87777 or email unitedguardforceindia@yahoo.com and we will send them across.

For sites where guards are already deployed, we can also provide monthly PF and ESI challans specific to the guards at your site. That is a more meaningful check than a registration certificate on its own, because it shows contributions are actually being paid for the people standing at your gate. Ask us for it, and ask the same of any other agency you are considering.

What Else We Would Suggest You Verify

Compliance is one part of it. These are the other things worth confirming before you sign with any agency.

  • That the guards proposed are actually employed by the agency, not sub-contracted
  • That background verification is done before deployment, not after
  • Whether a supervisor is included, and how often the site is reviewed
  • What the relief and replacement arrangement is when a guard is absent
  • Whether the quote is itemized, so you can see wage and statutory components separately
  • Whether the agency has a branch near your site, which determines how fast replacement arrives

Compliance FAQs

  • Is United Guard Force India PSARA licensed?

Yes. We hold a licence under the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act 2005, approved by the Government of Maharashtra. A copy is available on request.

  • Can we see your PF and ESI registrations?

Yes. We are registered under the Employees Provident Fund Act 1952 and the Employees State Insurance Act 1948, along with the Professional Tax Act 1975 and the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Act 1953. Copies are available on request.

  • Can we get monthly challans for the guards at our site?

Yes. Monthly PF and ESI challans specific to the guards deployed at your premises can be provided on request. This is a stronger check than a registration certificate alone, and we would encourage you to ask for it routinely rather than only at the start of a contract.

  • Why does an agency's compliance matter to us as the client?

Because as principal employer you can be held responsible where a contractor has not met its statutory obligations to the people working on your premises. Engaging a licensed, registered agency and keeping copies of the challans is how that exposure is managed.

  • Are your guards covered under these registrations?

Yes. Every guard we deploy is covered under our EPF and ESI registrations and works under our PSARA licence.

  • How long has the company been operating?

Since 1995. More about the company is on our about us page.

Ask Us for the Documents

Call or email and we will send our licence and registration copies across. If guards are already deployed at your site, ask for the monthly challans too.
