How the Company Started
From supplying watchmen to local firms in 1995 to a licensed agency operating across six cities.
Mr. R.R. Mishra founded United Guard Force India in 1995 with a straightforward aim: to build a security agency known for delivering professional, dependable protection rather than simply supplying manpower. He remains Chairman of United Group.
The company today provides guarding to industrial, corporate, residential, commercial, banking, healthcare, education, hospitality and retail premises, along with protection officers, event staff, cash escort personnel and housekeeping. We operate from a head office at Goregaon East in Mumbai with 10 branches, covering Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Vapi and Lucknow.
We focus on long-term engagements rather than one-off placements. Most of our work is with clients who have been with us for years, which shapes how we run sites — a dedicated supervisor per site and a monthly performance review, so problems are caught before they become complaints.

How we work
Free site assessment first, then a customized itemized quote. Guards briefed on the site before day one. A dedicated supervisor and a monthly review after deployment.
What we will not do
Deploy personnel who have not been screened, or quote a flat package rate without seeing the site. Neither serves the client well.
How We Select and Train Our People
Screening and training are where the difference between a guard and a watchman is actually made.
- Employee screening and background checks before deployment

- Polygraph testing
- Periodic performance evaluation after deployment
- Training at our own centre in Mumbai — classroom and practical, with specialised instructors
- Self-defence, emergency response, safety equipment handling, crowd control and investigation techniques
- Fire safety, including extinguisher types and use, and systematic evacuation
- On-the-job training for site-specific procedure changes
