How many officers will I need?
It depends on how much you move, whether cover is needed at home as well as in transit, and whether family members are included. Tell us what your normal week looks like and we will suggest a workable arrangement.

How quickly can cover be arranged?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours, and faster where the situation is urgent. Cover is arranged from the branch nearest you.

Will the protection be obvious to other people?
Not unless you want it to be. Most clients want the arrangement to be discreet, and we plan it that way.

Can family members be included?
Yes. Where a dispute is involved, family members are often the more exposed party because their movements are routine. Raise it at the first call so it is included from the start.

Do I need to have filed a police complaint first?
No. Many people contact us before doing so. If a threat has been made, filing a complaint is usually sensible, but it is not a condition for us to arrange cover.

How confidential is this?
Fully. These enquiries are treated as confidential, and assignment details are shared only with the officers on it and their supervisor.

Are your personnel licensed?
Yes. Everyone we assign works under our PSARA licence and is covered by our EPF and ESI registrations. Our licences and registrations are listed on the certificates page.
