Residential Properties We Provide Guards For

Guard strength depends on gates, number of wings and whether you need round-the-clock cover.

  • Housing societies and apartment complexes: Gate management, visitor entry and night rounds for co-operative housing societies.
  • Gated communities and townships: Multiple gates and internal roads, needing coordinated cover across the layout.
  • Standalone residential buildings: Single-gate buildings where one or two posts cover the whole property.
  • Bungalows, villas and private residences: Individual homes needing day, night or round-the-clock cover.
  • New buildings before full occupancy: Cover during the period between possession and the society taking over.
  • Society clubhouses and amenities: Cover for gymnasiums, halls and pool areas where residents and guests mix.

Guard Categories Available

Most societies use unarmed guards with a supervisor. The right mix is confirmed at the site assessment.

Unarmed guards

What almost every society uses. Gate duty, visitor calls and night rounds.

Armed guards

Occasionally requested by larger gated developments. Available if the committee wants it.

Female guards

For checking women domestic staff and covering clubhouse and amenity areas.

Supervisors

Attached to your society, so the committee has someone to raise problems with.

Why Societies Choose Us

  • Guards used to society working — intercom calls to flats, delivery entries and dealing with residents politely.
  • A supervisor your committee can call — with a monthly review, so complaints reach someone.
  • PSARA licensed and government approved — which matters for a committee answerable to its members.
  • PF, ESI, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare registered — on our certificates page, challans on request.
  • Guards verified before deployment — screening, background and credit checks and polygraph testing.
  • Replacement from the nearest branch — so an absent guard does not become an unmanned gate.

Areas We Cover

Societies across Mumbai including Goregaon, Andheri, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Powai, Mulund, Ghatkopar and Dadar.

Also Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Vapi and Lucknow.

Guards come from the branch nearest your society, which is what makes daily replacement practical.

Residential Security FAQs

  • How many guards does a housing society need?

It depends on the number of gates, how many wings there are, whether you want round-the-clock cover and whether parking needs separate supervision. We do a free site assessment and give the committee an itemized quote with post-wise strength.

  • Do you provide female security guards for societies?

Yes. Female guards are often used where women residents and domestic staff are being checked, and at clubhouse and amenity areas.

  • Will guards call the flat before letting a visitor in?

Yes, where the society wants that. Intercom confirmation before entry is one of the standard duties and it is written into the post order for your property.

  • Can guards manage parking and vehicle entry?

Yes. Parking control, preventing unauthorised vehicles and managing visitor parking are common duties in society deployments.

  • What happens if a guard is absent?

Replacement comes from the branch nearest your society. Relief arrangements are agreed at deployment rather than dealt with on the day.

  • Who does the committee contact if there is a problem?

Your society gets a dedicated supervisor, and there is a monthly performance review rather than only an annual one, so issues are caught before they become complaints.

  • What will it cost the society?

It depends on how many posts the society needs, the category of guard on each, and whether posts run 8, 12 or 24 hour shifts. We do the assessment free and give the committee an itemized quote, so members can see exactly what they are approving.

  • Is your agency licensed?

Yes. We hold a PSARA licence approved by the Government of Maharashtra and are registered for EPF, ESI, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare. Committees are welcome to ask for the documents, and monthly challans for your guards are available on request.
